WESTERN CARIBBEAN CRUISE

DAY TWO * FUN DAY AT SEA AND FORMAL DINNER NIGHT

Of course a day at sea is very relaxing.  You can explore the ship, eat, go swimming, eat, sun bathe, eat, shop, eat, go to the spa, eat, work out.  We had formal dining that night, but the pictures we had taken that night  didn't turn out so well.  My glasses had a reflection, big time.  So we don't have any formal pictures in my fancy black dress.  Heaven forbid if I wore the same dress on both formal nights.  Our waiter's name was Mohamed and he was from a Caribbean Island we had never heard of.  We had the best couple to dine with every night.  They were from New Port Richey Florida.  They had been married 52 years, had three adopted children, did not smoke or drink.  They were good down to earth people.  We really enjoyed their company.  Come to find out he was the Commanding Officer that closed down the base Vern served at in Taiwan several years after we left.
The entertainment that night was wonderful.  Two of the pictures show us waiting for the after dinner show to start.  They had an orchestra and some great singers and dancers.  It was very entertaining.  Then as you can see when we got back to our room...wallah an elephant on our bed!
