OLD STOMPING GROUNDS

We were stationed at Ft. Meade (NSA) two different times for a total of nearly five years. We spend nearly a week at the Family Camp on Post. Didn't even try to go into D.C. because of the government shut down. A little disappointed about that.

This is our first home bought in 1968. This was our first time being stationed in the States, except for short stints for schooling. The price of our home was quite a bit less than our last new car we bought in 2000! I remember I cryed when the realtor told us the total amount we would pay on a 30 year loan. What are we getting ourselves into!! I don't remember the amount, but I'm sure it was probable less than what we paid for the motorhome. It is located in Glen Burnie Maryland.
