Since Kentucky was our last state we wanted to make a special trip to Bowling Green. We are parked about 30 miles from the Kentucky State Line. So rather than just go up and then turn around to say we have been there we decided to go see the Lost River under the streets of Bowling Green.

Second largest cave opening in the States. Had many different lives over the years.It was a camp for thousands of Union and Confederate troops back in the day. Also a saw mill and a
grist mill, using the water to produce energy.
In 1933 Billboard Magazine announced the opening of the country's only air-conditioned "Nite Club". The year round temperature is right around 57. Top name entertainers played big band music there. Even today it is possible to reserve the place for weddings and other parties.
